Our role is to look after buildings.
The Administrative Buildings Management Department is a state unitary enterprise responsible for the upkeep and technical maintenance of buildings and structures, and the care of their surrounding grounds.
Our work focuses on everyday needs: inspections, necessary repairs, cleanliness and safety.

Organizing routine and major repairs and addressing identified faults.

Maintaining electricity, heating, water supply and sewage systems.

Keeping buildings and their surrounding areas clean and sanitary.

Maintaining the areas around buildings and looking after green spaces.
